What happens in a power cut?
- We fit a backup battery so the system keeps working for a while. Doors on escape routes are set to open safely so nobody is ever trapped inside.

- Usually, yes. Wood, metal and glass doors can all take access control. We check the door and frame first and tell you if anything needs fixing.

What do we do when someone leaves the company?

Keypad, card or fingerprint: which is best?
- Keypads are cheapest, cards are quick to use, and fingerprints can't be lost or lent. Many offices use cards on the main door and fingerprints on rooms that hold money or data.

Do I need my landlord's permission?
- In most rented offices, yes. Building management may also have rules for main doors and fire exits. We can share the plan with them before we start.

How long does an install take?
- A single standalone door usually takes half a day. A larger system is planned with you, often over a weekend so your business is not disturbed.

Should I still keep a key?
- Yes, most systems keep a key override for emergencies. Inside the office, a master key system can look after the doors that don't need a reader.
