I lost my mailbox key. What should I do?
- If the mailbox is yours, call us. We open it and fit a new lock with new keys. If it belongs to your building, ask the building management first, as they may want to change the lock themselves.

Can you help with an Emirates Post PO Box key?
- No. PO Boxes at the post office belong to Emirates Post, and their keys may not be copied. If you lose that key, you apply for a new lock at the post office where your box is.

Can you open my mailbox without damage?
- Usually, yes. We open the lock, not the door, so the mailbox stays straight. A very rusty lock may need to be drilled out, and we tell you first.

Can you copy my mailbox key?

My key turns but the mailbox won't open. Why?
- The small metal arm at the back of the lock has likely come loose or broken. We can fix it or fit a new lock.
