My key opens the doors but won't start the car. Why?
- The chip is probably not coded, or it has lost its coding. We can test it and program it again.

Will my other keys still work?
- Yes, unless you ask us to remove them. We can delete lost or stolen keys at the same time.

Do I just need a new battery?
- Sometimes. If the remote buttons stopped working slowly, try a new battery first. If the car won't start, the chip may need coding.
